  • Strong understanding of skilled nursing regulations, CMS guidelines, HIPAA, and long-term care compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and admissions management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established relationships with local hospitals, healthcare providers, and referral networks.
  • Experience with post-acute care admissions, managed care organizations, and census development strategies.
  • Knowledge of PointClickCare or other long-term care electronic health record systems is preferred.

If you are a motivated leader with a passion for helping residents and families while driving occupancy and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply and become an integral part of our team.
