The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, forward thinker who is proactive and passionate about Operational process improvement.Expected Start Date: September 2024Responsibilities:Execute on implemented Sales Operations processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and process improvementsMonitor CRM data for multiple Business Development partnersContribute to the development and enhancement of forecasting and orders review processAssist in resolving sales operations issues and inquiries.Play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of CRM dataAssist in responding to all RFQs and send quotes directly to customers as neededDevelop and maintain Sales Orders in SAPAssist in the processing of reseller agreements, NDAs, and compliance formsOther duties as assignedAdditional Desired Attributes and Skills:Proficiency in CRM software and sales technology tools, specifically Salesforce and Microsoft DynamicsDirect Government contracting experiencePhysical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and attending virtual or in-person meetings.Frequent use of hands for typing, handling documents, and operating computer equipment.Good vision and hearing for effective communication, data analysis, and reviewing documents.Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 15 pounds.Ability to move around office areas, including bending, stooping, and reaching.Capability to handle high levels of stress and maintain focus during complex operational tasks and interactions with various teams.Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%), which may involve extended periods of standing, walking, and carrying luggage.Background CheckThis position will require successfully completing a post-offer background check.
