Job Description
In-Home Caregiver / Home Care Aide — Marin County
Every day, our caregivers help older adults stay in the homes they love — sharing a meal, a walk, a conversation, and the steady support that lets someone keep their independence and dignity. If that's the kind of work that means something to you, we'd love to meet you.
Hillendale Home Care is looking for compassionate, reliable Caregivers and Home Care Aides (CNA, HHA, and experienced in-home caregivers all welcome) to serve seniors across the Bay Area and surrounding communities. $500 Sign On Bonus
$500 Caregiver Referral Bonus for every caregiver you refer
Paid holidays, paid sick leave, and overtime
Health benefits and 401(k) eligibility
Paid orientation and paid on-the-job training
Reimbursement for required employment costs, including Home Care Aide registration, TB testing, and other required onboarding expenses
Flexible Schedules that fit your life
We offer a variety of shifts to fit your availability, including:
4-, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
Day, evening, overnight, and live-in opportunities
