About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup in the HealthTech field. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong desire to scale a business, and the ability to take full responsibility for its success. The CMO will be part of an extensive personal development journey, receiving weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and will be supported in all aspects of startup growth, from team building to product iteration and marketing. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role demands a candidate with excellent communication skills in English and a willingness to be part of a community that includes the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. The ideal candidate is a serial entrepreneur or an outlier personality, ready to commit to a fully customized program that enhances their goal, time, and energy management. The CMO will work closely with the company's network of over 50,000 professionals, receiving advice and best practices from experienced entrepreneurs, and will be prepared to iterate their product until it reaches the market fit, with the ultimate goal of scaling the business to €100M+ in revenues.
