About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, building, and running their own startup within the industrial tech sector. This role is not for the faint-hearted; it requires an ambitious entrepreneur with a strong desire to scale their business to €100M+ in revenues. The CMO will be part of an extensive personal development journey, receiving 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and will be supported in all aspects of startup growth, from team building to product iteration and market fit. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role demands a high level of commitment, as the CMO will be expected to take full responsibility for their startup. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with a proven track record in entrepreneurship, and will be ready to embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with building a €1B+ company.
