The Opportunity

Raicom LLC runs a portfolio of ecommerce consumer brands generating over $100M in annual revenue.

Across our portfolio, we already spend over $200,000 per day on paid advertising. We use a proven creative playbook that consistently produces hyperscalable winning ads.

Here's the opportunity: we want you to take that $200,000 and turn it into $1M+ per day.

We need someone who can build a truly world-class internal creative engine - the team, organization, systems, SOPs, training, and management structure required to execute our current playbook at massive scale.

That's where you come in.

Pay: $300,000/year base, plus $10,000 for every $1M in ad spend generated by the creative department you lead. Uncapped. Plus 10% of the profit generated by the external creative agency you’ll build and manage.

The Role

This is two hard jobs in one, and we need someone who can do both.

Job one: build and lead our internal creative engine. You'll be handed our proven creative playbook. Your job is to refine it, while building the team, organization, systems, SOPs, training, and operating structure around it. You’ll build a creative engine capable of taking us from $200,000+ per day to $1M per day in ad spend, and beyond. You'll own this function fully and all associated KPIs.

Job two: build the creative agency business. Take the creative engine you've built internally and turn it into a creative agency serving other 8- and 9-figure ecommerce brands. We'll bring in clients and provide the resources to support the agency's growth. You'll build and lead the team, systems, and client experience, with ownership of the agency's operations and P&L.

You'll work directly with our CEO and co-founder. No layers, no politics. You'll have the resources to build, the authority to lead, and a real cut of the scale and business you create.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Define the roles and talent we need, then work alongside our recruiting team to interview, test, hire, and onboard the creative talent required to scale
\n
• Document our creative processes in clear SOPs, workflows, and training videos so new hires can learn and execute correctly and quickly
\n
• Build onboarding and training systems that get new hires executing our processes correctly and productively as quickly as possible
\n
• Establish clear output targets, performance KPIs, accountability, and quality-control systems to scale creative output without quality or performance falling behind
\n
• Build the external creative agency and own its team, systems, client experience, and P&L
\n

What We're Looking For

• Experience building and leading creative teams for 8 and 9-figure DTC brands or agencies
\n
• Strong understanding of DTC ecommerce, direct-response advertising, creative strategy, copywriting
\n
• Exceptional systems and operational ability
\n
• Experience building SOPs, workflows, training systems, and organizational processes around creative work
\n
• Ability to recognize exceptional talent, evaluate it effectively, and continually develop and upskill the people on your team
\n
• Comfortable giving direct feedback, receiving it just as quickly, and making decisions fast
\n
• Experience scaling creative output while maintaining quality and performance
\n
• Strong leadership ability and experience developing high-performing teams
\n
• Strong understanding of creative performance data, CAC, and the KPIs required to run a high-performing creative organization
\n
• A builder's instinct. You know how to take a proven process and build the people, systems, and organization required to execute it at massive scale
\n

The ideal person: has built and led high-performing creative teams or agencies before and knows how to build a scalable creative organization. You know how to hire the right people, build the SOPs and systems around them, train and develop the team, create accountability, and continuously improve the organization as volume grows. It's someone who wants to build a truly world-class internal creative engine, earning a genuine share of what they create.
