Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Previous forklift, hoist, clamp truck, material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience required. Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in narrow aisles and confined spaces. Knowledge of load balancing, equipment capacities, inventory control, and warehouse storage layouts. Experience with shipping, receiving, production support, and inventory movement. Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures and equipment inspections. Ability to work independently while supporting production and warehouse operations. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, move, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach throughout a 12-hour shift. Ability to safely operate forklifts, hoists, and other material handling equipment. Ability to work around moving machinery and equipment while maintaining safety standards.
