Job Summary Basilio builds and runs entire business lines for clients: digital offers, agencies, and courses, with a strategic wrapper on top. As a Fractional CMO at Basilio Inc, you own a client's marketing strategy as their part-time chief. You sit inside the Managed Business Lines team, own your results, and are measured on what you move, not hours logged. Basilio Inc is a growth and marketing company that builds and runs brands across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and the open web. We hire operators, train them on proven systems, and give them real accounts to run. This is a remote-first, outcome-owned role for someone who wants to do the best work of their career on brands that are actually scaling. What You Will Own Set marketing strategy and priorities for client accounts Direct Basilio's divisions to deliver against the plan Own the client relationship at the executive level Report to the numbers and keep the whole program aligned Coordinate the specialists and systems the line needs to run Own the numbers end to end and report growth and risk honestly Keep the roadmap moving and adjust it to what the data shows A Typical Week Move your core metrics: client revenue and pipeline growth and strategy delivery across divisions Hands-on execution in Google Workspace, reporting and BI tools, CRM and PM tools Sync with research, media, content, web, and account teams and report progress What Success Looks Like First 30 to 60 days: you are fully ramped on your accounts and tools and already moving client revenue and pipeline growth Ongoing: you consistently hit target on client revenue and pipeline growth and strategy delivery across divisions You leave every account, campaign, or project measurably better than you found it Competencies Executive marketing judgment Cross-division leadership AI fluency: strong prompting and sound judgment on when to trust or override a model (required) Ownership: you run your lane end to end and are measured on the outcome Clear, direct written and verbal communication Comfort working in a fast, data-driven, remote-first team Discipline with process, deadlines, and documentation Coachability: you take feedback and turn it into better work fast Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. You report to your division director and partner directly with account teams and, where the role calls for it, clients. Working With AI (Required) AI experience is required for this role. You are fluent with ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic), comfortable running models through OpenRouter and open models such as Qwen, and you write clear, effective prompts. Most of the work at Basilio Inc is AI-augmented, so you use AI to work faster and sharper every day while owning the judgment, accuracy, and final result yourself. Use AI across research, build, content, and reporting to run a whole line leaner. You own strategy, numbers, and quality and coordinate AI-augmented teams toward the client's outcome. This role also works with the advanced stack: routing between models through OpenRouter, including Aux Alpha (an OpenRouter-routed model) and Qwen, choosing the right model for each task, and orchestrating multi-step, AI-assisted and agentic workflows. You understand the purpose and tradeoffs of each model and can build and supervise AI systems, not just single prompts.
