Printing Production AssistantCenter City Print is looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated individual to join our production team.The Printing Production Assistant helps move customer orders through the production process accurately and on time. This position involves operating digital printing equipment, checking jobs for quality, organizing workflow, completing finishing tasks, and helping ensure orders meet customer specifications and deadlines.Previous printing experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is comfortable learning new equipment, working with computers, and being part of a fast-moving production environment.Responsibilities:Manage and organize daily print production workflowOperate digital printing and finishing equipmentReview jobs for accuracy, quality, and completenessPrepare and preflight customer files before productionUse Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, and print production softwareMonitor multiple printers and jobs throughout the dayPerform print finishing, packaging, and other production tasksKeep jobs organized and moving toward their deadlinesTroubleshoot basic production or file issuesMaintain a clean and organized work areaLearn new equipment, materials, and production processes through on-the-job trainingQualifications:Positive attitude and willingness to learnDependable and able to manage responsibilities independentlyStrong organization and time-management skillsComfortable managing multiple jobs and prioritiesDetail-oriented with a focus on qualityStrong problem-solving skillsAble to work both independently and as part of a teamComfortable working with computers and learning new softwareExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud is preferredPrevious printing or production experience is a plus, but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. as neededCenter City Print is a locally owned printing and marketing company serving businesses, organizations, and individuals throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.Since 2012, we have grown by focusing on quality work, dependable service, and helping our customers bring their ideas to life.
