Location: Irving , TX 75061

Pay Rate: $20-22

Shifts:

• Monday -Friday 6am-3pm

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

• Monday - Friday 1pm -10pm

Manages outbound documentation, scheduling, and communication with carriers and clients. Ensures outbound shipments meet customer and compliance requirements..

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Inventory Transactions

• Prepare outbound paperwork (BOLs, labels, shipping packets).

• Schedule pickups and confirm dock times with carriers.

• Enter shipping data into WMS systems and verify accuracy.

• Communicate with clients regarding order status or delays.

• Coordinate with forklift operators to prioritize outbound loads.

• Maintain daily shipping logs and compliance documentation.

• Provide support for internal teams and customers.

Requirements:

• 1+ year CSR or logistics shipping experience preferred.

• Strong computer skills (Excel, WMS, email).

• High School or equivalent

• Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills.
