Role Description The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a full-time, hybrid role based in South Plainfield, NJ, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The BDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective customers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach via phone, email, and social channels, scheduling and coordinating discovery calls or demos, and supporting the sales team with follow-up and account research. The BDR will collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine messaging, gather market feedback, and contribute to revenue growth. This role also involves accurate CRM management, reporting on activity and results, and maintaining professional, consultative communication with prospects.
